Acceptance of Terms

By using Hogwarts Magic Bot (“the Bot”) and its website (“the Site”), you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Bot and the Site.

Allowed Use

• Use the Bot for normal gameplay and community interactions.
• Use commands as intended (e.g., /profile, /duel, /guild).
• Report bugs responsibly via the support server.

Prohibited Activities

• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted toxicity.
• Attempting to exploit the Bot, duplicate currency/items, or bypass cooldowns.
• Automation/spam that harms performance (macros, scripts, self-bots).
• Reverse engineering, tampering, or trying to access restricted endpoints.
• Using the Bot to violate Discord Terms or server rules.

Server Moderation & Restrictions

Server admins and the Bot team may restrict features in certain servers to protect gameplay integrity and safety. We may also apply anti-abuse measures such as rate limits, cooldown adjustments, or temporary restrictions.

Accounts, Data & Privacy

The Bot may store Discord IDs and gameplay progress (such as XP, inventory, wins, and guild membership) to provide core features. We do not store your Discord password and we do not read private messages.

Premium Features

Premium (if offered) provides extra benefits such as XP boosts, cosmetics, and special content. Premium availability, pricing, and included features may change over time.

• Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or permanent access to specific items.
• Abuse of Premium advantages may result in restrictions like any other account.

Changes to the Service

We may update commands, balance, drop rates, rewards, and other gameplay systems to improve fairness and stability. We may also add or remove features at any time.

Disclaimer

The Bot and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, loss of in-game items, or issues arising from misuse, downtime, or third-party disruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, exploit systems, or harm other users/servers. Severe abuse may lead to permanent restrictions.
